Bay Homes, LLC was formed in an effort to respond to the devastation of the Gulf Coast work force and senior housing market by Hurricane Katrina.  Bay Homes has established a reputation for builiding high quality, attractive, low-maintenance residences with creative floor plans.

We specialize in two areas: 1) Building homes for investors who want to rent them out through the Small Rental Assistance Program (SRAP), and, 2) Building high quality, reasonably priced homes directly for consumers (on their lot or ours).

Katrina’s devastation caused great hardship for many coast residents. To help ease the problem, the U.S. and Mississippi State governments created attractive investment incentive programs -- GO Zone and SRAP – which are truly once in a lifetime investment opportunities. We work with investors to capitalize on the opportunities by building quality homes that maintain high resale values. We have thoroughly researched these programs, going so far as to meet regularly with officials at the Mississippi Devleopment Authority and the various city and county officials. In addition to being a quality builder, this knowledge enables us to provide that extra level of assistance to investors and consumers alike.
