Bay Homes has partnered with Choice Property Management to provide those services required to maintain a fully occupied and successful rental property. Choice handles all of the day-to-day requirements giving our investors the support and the peace of mind they deserve. 

Our property management partner coordinates all tenant communications and correspondence.  They provide “quick response” and have a knowledgeable, well trained staff for maintenance related issues.  Choice collects monthly rent from tenants and addresses delinquent rents and assessment of late fees.

Leona Reed founded Choice Property Management LLC in 2002, concentrating her property management strategy around providing the highest levels of service to rental property investors.  Her hard work, honesty and focus were rewarded.  Prior to the Katrina hurricane on August 29, 2005, Leona had 1,321 properties under her watchful eye. The day after the storm, there were only 21 properties. 

With her experience, knowledge and contacts with state agencies, she has assisted investment groups across the nation with the beginning of a very productive rebuilding effort.  With staggering numbers of working people and seniors who have been forced to move away from the place they have always called “home,” Leona is working diligently to provide a property management organization that attracts investors, making it easy for them to choose this unique financial opportunity on the Gulf Coast for their investments.
